FIRST PRACTICE DAY

I wake up at 6.30 am and drove for 100 km to meet Dean GROBBELAAR at Aerial Concepts in SANDTON where the fuel for Loïc has been  mixed. Dean is the owner of a fantastic Hobby Shop and must be thanks for supplying for free the Cool Power he his mixing here in South Africa for Morgan Fuel. His shop is definitly a must to visit.
Three hours later, I show up at the field, where the pilots were practicing, just on time for the African Barbecue Jay-Jay had prepared for us.
But I missed the Team who came in the morning to install the poles at a true measured 60 degrees angle.
The sky was blue, not a single cloud around, but a really windy day for these first flights. Again the Team flew to night, and we met at the restaurant with Jay-Jay for diner.
It was a nice and positive first practice day, even in these difficult windy conditions. Pilots, planes, engines, Helpers, and eventually the TM had a great day....
